Crazy things we've done.

I'm sure there are a few daredevils like me in here somewhere.. Have you ever done something both stupid and crazy at the same time? if so, what did you do? share your story here:

I was bored to death of certain things within the game, and I had found a squad wanting to open TT3-1. 2 venomancers, a 89 and an 86. Well, I've never been in 3-1 but I've heard alot aout it. so I asked them if I could come along. I have a level 67 venomancer, and yes, I was that bored. Well, we get into the run and we're all doing fine (no, I am NOT just sitting on the sidelines, but I'm not soloing mobs either) we get to the witches (name escapes me, they use whips) which have a ranged agro as it turns out, so one got me with 1 shot. After that death howeven, I didn't die again the entire run.

Does suicide on every boss up to fb89 count? (world bosses, fb bosses, culti bosses, TT*1-X 2-X and 3-1* bosses and ect)
If yes, i've done em all b:flower

The_Mule - Sanctuary

When we were new to the game my level 30 Veno friend ond my level 30 cleric found a mob with no level just a ? and (not knowing any better) decided to try and kill him, he one shotted us both as it was Sword Tamer!

we both laughed for ages after we found out that meant it was a world boss.

Crazy things that I have done. I would consider the following dumb but defintely in the fun category.

During PK battles I go after the 9x players. It usually turns out like this.

I ran into sp in pk one time, started spamming aoes and died cause like 4 venos had reflect on .-.

Funny story but last time I checked reflect did not function during PvP. I did visualize it working though and it made me laugh. b:chuckle

Travelling to (and climbing up!) 1k streams, at lvl 27, from City of Lost.
Then trekking from there, across the entire length of the Harshlands, back across the river to human territory (near Volcanic Purgatory)

...Man that was a fun trip. Took a couple hours, as I was extremely careful, and made a point of stopping at every camp & refuge I could find. And awesomely enough, I did not die.

Also on the list: Stealing SwordTamer's wood.

(Wayniee and I were chatting on that pier one day, and he made mention of the lumber that spawns near 'Tamer. We speculated that it would probably be there 'forever' or until a faction group-killed him. Shortly thereafter, 'Tamer moved JUST far enough away that I thought I could get away with it. Darted out, harvested the lumber, and returned to about five rows of "b:shocked b:shocked b:shocked" spam.)

Poison - Heavens Tear

Helping a couple friends with Unicorn Forest Chrono Boss, one still needed some mobs first and the first person forgot to tell me until we had already started on the boss, so while waiting around to kill it a second time I smacked that other big boss that wanders around there, nearly died from the mobs all attacking me while the poor archer was trying to kill them. The guild leader was in squad with us and had flown off after killing the quest boss and was like "What are you doing? O.O" and the archers like "She's causing trouble like always"... Come to think of it, most all of the crazy things I've done have involved those two friends being in my squad.

Well, there was one time that my friends and I were at Heaven's Tear, and I tried to be a badass by jumping off the edge and started flying once I got past the flying mobs... Unfortunately, I was lagging, so it didn't attempt to start till I hit the ground, right where Sword Tamer was...

Just for kicks the other night a few factions friends an I decided to take a stab at TT2-1....


However, considering my barb is lvl77 and the rest of the party were all lvl 54 or or less... and the cleric was 36..... yea... not such a good result b:chuckle

if the cleric was a little higher, possibly doable. I did 2-1 as a 6x veno

I tried that where Yan was. He has lower lvl wood b:surrender

I hovered because I really really needed it for a mold. He moved really really far away! My chance! I swooped down and started to harvest. Yan must have heard my digging and turned quickly running to me, one shot. b:cry

I guess I learned that day that Yan the Traitor is really really stingy. And damn it, don't mess with his wood!

Annalyse - Heavens Tear

Decided to try out Lunar a few levels ago with one other level 87 veno. We didn't make it very far, but did get one quest done.

Also did Brimstone unwined with the same veno (neither of us were level 89 and had never been in there) just for fun. Took hours. Some death involved.

Tried to kill Krimson one day when I was at 0%... which tells you that I pretty much knew I would die. But sometimes, you just want to do crazy things.

Tanking that freakin fish from TB quest wich is only mag attack and has streriods on his hp...

Only me and a cleric.... after some charm burns and a lot and lot of time we did itb:victory

When I wanted to help out a level 19 fellow Tideborn with that quest to kill the computer-screen-sized octopus, I found out that he hadn't found anyone else to help us. But I went anyway. >_< I managed to pull aggro and got massacred before we could retreat. Fortunately there was a kind cleric nearby to help.

THEN he got a real squad together.

a veno at about 22 can handle tusker fine. but yes, trying it with just a few 19s, not a good idea lol

LOL! Man that was entertaining to read/imagine. XD Now I want to try something equally as dangerous!

And ah yes, I've done some trekking with low level characters across scary lands before, it's so fun. XD


And recently, might not be considered crazy but, I have very slow wings... only the +1m/sec (until magical devs add TB wings to be upgraded). So one day I decided to do World Quest on my Battlecat lol. Oh man that was fun. XD Especially going through the level 80s/90s mobs. Good times. It made WQ a whole hell of a lot less boring, too. b:chuckle

Damewort - Sanctuary

I get suicidal if I havent died for too long... times like that involves:
1. Soloing Jewel
2. Dueling on Krimson's path while waiting for him to respawn
3. Casting Bramble Hood and rushing into mobs after drummer in 1-x while screaming "LEEERROOY JENKINS!!!". I was out of squad and already had my timer. Hoped that I will tele out before I die... wrong. I died with 3sec left on timer >.> luckly, I just leveled in that day.
4. Once I joined a random BH eden squad. While waiting for everyone to get there, I decided to kill some mobs. Sent herc on bunny (SA), then turned to send him on rhino, just to notice that he is SA too... incoming bunny... SA too... I accidently healed herc before he hit rhino, so in a bit I got oneshotted. Rest of squad who was there attacked mobs... and died fast. For some reason, mobs remained aggressive even after everyone in there died, as they attacked all squad members who teled in too... and they all died. So I nicely killed whole squad... my husband, who was in there was laughing so hard that he barely could breath... cleric was grumbling... rest of squad was pretty silent... and I guess I got labeled as fail veno ^^

crazy things ive done, hmm....well, went to an fb 69, three of us were between lvl 75 to 79 and tabber was 70. four of us in squad, cleric, barb, archer (tabber) and yours truly a bm. we had to do 20/20/20 for her first so she can get all her tabs, we went through first room just fine, second room where hu (or something) is in however....we accidently agrooed the entire room taking on every single mob in their, cleric had non (we had a good barb) barb was taking on atleast 10, i have 5 at once myself, and archer was taking a few. It was so bad, the barb was barely making it at 200hp left before he died. Oddly enough, no one died, at the end of it, we had a really good laugh and finished the 20/20/20 like normal. Then we had the fb....with no veno....so being the crazy suicidal maniac that i am, at the last two bosses, i went ahead and lured them.

I used.....
and four skills: leap back, leap fowars, and either cloud sprint or the other
a bow

just had to wait for the right time, used a bow to get his attention, then ran like hell and jumped in the water to avoid any other little mobs aiding the boss.

other than that....i took on the last boss on TT1-2 at lvl 7....77 maybe. no cleric either, just pure wits. finally died when he was at 35%hp cause i ran out of hp potions, guess being charmed isnt enough.

The craziest thing that I have ever done was with my boyfriend on a Gamma RB. We.... have al ot of insane things we do that we find quite amusing especially when there are people that have never gone on an RB with us before.

Two of the best are me not putting Def Aura past 2 (mostly when I am pulling all waves), and then putting Chi 5! H'OMG Double Spark Heaven's Flame is EPIC!

and my favorite is Letting my boyfriend pull random waves. (my boyfriend is a Wizard, and not a Light Armor build either), he's almost always successful and its FUUUUNNNYYYY! =D Scares the **** out of people... "WTF is he doin!?" b:dirty
