lvl 100 culti bugged?

So I've killed this Rock nimbustian captain boss like 10 times and still no drop... Is this normal?

    If you will see at this source then you will see that chance to drop Violet Key is near 10% for Perfect World Multilanguage Service.

    For our version it must be 20%, but who know ...

    And 20% not mean, that you will get item exactly from every 5th boss ... it can be so in most of cases.

    If my friends playing MS are right, drop rate on MS is higher than ours.. so .. dont expect it to be more than 10 %
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
