Keeps saying server error when im playing

I need help i cant get it to stop coming up with server error while im playing. It comes up every hour or so and it won't let me attack or use anyone of my skills and if im getting attacked while the server error is up the mob hits me as if i wasnt moving wen i run away. Please help me
