Hello PWI,
Encouraged by Spoons in the maintenance tread I suggest, demand, beg for, just want to say: Technical support crew of PWI finally adress the glitches that drive people crazy since the overhasted release of the rising tide!!

Here is what I myself have hoped for a month now to be fixed and every week get disappointed with some minor fixes of bugs I didn't even know they excist so little they affected me:

Please fix the weird black blinking in some tideborn zones. It's true there is a workaround with simply playing on window mode BUT it still makes these areas terribly slow to walk through or fight in. I have experienced a heavy effect of this in an around the tideborn starter village, at the beach with the worms on the first island, and on the ground under (or better behind) cloud temple.

Please finally make the tideborn skin fully customizable without the face not changing it's colour. For me character customization is one of the most important aspects of the game and all the half coloured tideborn are hurting my eyes, also it reduces the fun of playing them. Besides it's really, really weak prove of PWI's quality control center that such an obvious and embarassing bug has not only come over beta status, but also remains in the game for over 4 weeks now!
And the excuse with ATI does not rly count. There are so many mismatched or basic coloured tideborn around and most people I spoke with know the problem. ATI simply is one of two major graphic cards manufacturers - don't discriminate a good (not a minor as darthpanda claimed) part of the community by simply trivialize their issues.

Please make our wardrobe presets return. We payed for them, we need them, we want them! The only post adressing this matter so far had been this one.
Only thing that I can say about it is: When I reported the hair glitch I also complained about the wardrobe one. I have exchanged several mails with the support crew but they chose to completely not answer towards the wardrobe issue and concentrated fully on the hair thing. The good news is I got a free makeover scroll. Bad news is my fashion slot problem remains unsolved. Besides: The old hairstile of my archer has disappeared from the game...

If anyone has experienced some tideborn release caused bugs as well - please feel free to post it here!

What was I going to say... ah yes: Please gamemasters read my post and tell some technicans about it. I know the chance is rather little, I even stopped posting on the forums because there usually isn't any discussion going on about game issues (except if people start flame wars or compare their e-p**** size in such a tread), but maybe you guys could start rewarding people for their support with information, money and also those that do not flame but even follow Spoons advice and take their time to make a long thread in the suggestion section.

The PWI staff is already fully aware of all the bugs and glitches we have been reporting about for months now. All they care about is boutique sales and to hell with fixing the game. So don't expect most (or all) the important bugs to be taken care of anytime soon.... or ever.
