Channel 3 meters
Cast 1 meters
Cooldown 10 minutes
Weapon Unarmed, Magic Instruments

Requisite Cultivation Celestial Sage/Demon
Utilizes elemental energies to attack the enemy. The power of
Water washes away target's spirit by reducing target's mana by 50% of magic damage over
30 seconds. The power of Fire burns up target's soul by making it lose 20 Chi for each
hit over 30 seconds. The power of Earth strikes target's body, inflicting Earth damage
60% of caster's maximum mana. The powers of Water and Fire affect only non-monster
targets. Caster's mana is still spent even if the spell is interrupted.

(assuming in cooldown and cast/chanell it means seconds)

So...60% of my mana atm is 9000...( i dont think it goes much higer then that, even in 5 levels)

it doesnt say anything aobut base magic or wep dmg...

so thats a blackicedragon without a wep and base magic? wtf
Lv 10 Black Ice Dragon Strike:

Water damage equal to base magic damage plus 500% of weapon
damage plus 9648.9. Has a 95% chance to slow enemies by 60% for 8.0 seconds.

    As I know, nobody has this skill yet. So it's really hard to compare. We even don't know what is it doing in real use.

    How expensive are the skills to get? Are they the same 1mil spirit + book made from Pages+inks?

    I think I'd get it and the other 100 skill. Even if they aren't very good. Still like to have my full arsenal.

    something like that... I know its at least 20 chrono pages.. and those sell for ~2mil ea so have fun spending at LEAST 40mil for a useless skill b:chuckle

    Once I red something about this skill on another forum. And they said, that is not so useless as it looks like. The guy was really happy with this skill.

    Well, you can make a catabarb completly useless in 30 secs (no more chi/mp), and deal some dmg in the process.

    I think the main focus off this skill is in water and fire part, so mana burn and chi burn, which can get really powerfull (9000 mp gone, that'd even hurt magic build classes)
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris

    I just had a funny thought that probably wouldn't work but...
    Elemental invocation --> barb mana = 0 --> veno uses mana/hp swap skill --> barb dead

    Why would anyone go to TW without MP pots? As for the chi burn, combined with the demon skill should make you useless for a bit, but is it really worth 20m+? =/

    I would rather put that into gear/other sage or demon skills.

    since its lvl 100 i would assume i already got my gear at that point and most if not all of my skills i want by then

    it seems pretty strong attk if u got alot of mana which wont be a problem if u lvl wq to 10 atm i got 13k mana with lvl 5 wq and chi burn and mana burn can be deadly in pk and tw..


    im more interested in the other skill tho

    well, I have +16k Mana pool right now, so that skill sounds interesting. But the cost of it ? meh...

    Venos can do that on their own through Malefic Crush. It also works nicely on archers and BMs.

    Also, 60% of mana in earth damage. Doubling your mana with WQ could possibly make it comparable to BIDS, but it's a single target spell. Could be plenty useful in PK though. b:sin

    i heard from 100+ wizards that got manifest virtude that it is 1 of teh worse spells of all and they got really disapointed when got it, comparing it to the 1st spark, it tells (maxmana/100)% of weapon for 30sec and wastes 1 spark, assuming u have 16 000mp it just adds +160% weapon dmg which is worse than the 1st spark however it lasts 30sec and not 10sec...

    element evocation is for debuff efect not dmg efect belive me, dmg is just a bonus.
    it debuffs badly ur target making him lose mp like a zombie and chi, turning it in a dummy over time, however i think its not worth it, there are better ways to spend the chi/money/spirit on.

    i think is aoe, not sure but i had a pick of it and the screen show a aoe move wiht large areas of efect

    i know a wiz in my guild with it. He used it a lot on our TT run o.o
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    dont will be compareble if u got with wq 16k mana(+maybe base mattack but idk) vs 14k water and 500%eq.

    but could be surprise debuff that true XD

    no, it was elemental invocation cause i asked Spell what it was. Spell has manifest too i think.

    mp drain is hardly worth mentioning in pvp.. if somebody doesnt bring mp pots to any form of pvp they arent a factor anyway
    the dmg on ele innocovation will never come close to a lvl 11 ult
    chi drain is decent.. but most would rather spend their spark/channeling time killing with an ult. besides, demon chi burn is a joke in pvp anyway.

    who would honestly spend that much on such useless skillz =/
