OP Class for Public Quests?

Anyone know what class is the most OP for doing public quest from 60-80? Thoughts, opinions welcomed. I heard veno with nix or phsycics.

    the class that has the stronger faction/friends to camp and kill off teh competition. (yesh you can kill off competition in PvE but me won't say how and no it doesn't have to involve actually killing the person.)
