Bring back the Tidal Serpent?

I was wondering if you could bring back the Tidal Serpent as a perm mount at a price people will pay like $30 or $40. I really love the way the Tidal Serpent but I would never of spent $70 on it and im sure their are still people who want the mount. So im asking you to bring back the Tidal Serpent at a reasonable price.

    They will and I am willing to bet it will be at a lower price.

    But you need to wait a bit for the people who did spend the 70gold for it to get its rarity worth out of it.
