Problem with logging on!!!

when i click on start i gt the following error message

    Try updating to Internet Explorer 8 (even if you don't use it).

    Also try East Asian Language Pack and antivirus info. Links below\/

    Reboot PC. See if that helps.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    I realize that there are a lot of n/a xD

    You may also want to know that the thing on bottom says this:
    "The system is using the generic video driver. Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacturer."

    Hope you can help me out, I really want to start playing this game :)

    Yep, it means you don't have any video card drivers installed. Please contact your video card or computer's manufacturer and ask how you can obtain the proper drivers.
