    I can sympathise as something similar happened to me. I transfered mats that I mailed from an alt from my bag over the top of a stack of 100 and the stack of 100 disappeared when it should have appeared in my bag (obviously I couldnt have dropped them. I don't know whether it makes a difference but the safety lock was still on but obviously I don't want to test this out for them.

    I have submitted a ticket as the stack of 100 never appeared in my bag but I hold out no hope of getting them back.

    I find that customer service don't take anything on face face value and never return lost items. It's not as though I lost a lot of money or a 70 gold mount, I reported it as I didnt want the same thing happening to other players where the value could be more.

    Threads made demanding a GM response will be locked.

    Please submit a ticket through our website and the GMs will be happy to look into this issue for you. The anger is unnecessary though, as it won't get the job done faster.
