    You get them from decomposing certain weapons/armors. Also, you can buy them from catshops or the AH.

    You can decompose level 2 or 3 equipment to get yiyuan stones. You need the appropriate level 1 manufacturing skill for level 2 equipment, and level 2 skill for level 3 equipment.
