Massive Lag Spikes since last update

Since last tuesdays update i have been getting horrible lag spikes, where the game literally hangs for up to 4-5 minutes without disconnecting.

My character still runs around on my screen normally, and i can sometimes type into chat window (sometimes not) but all other characters, mobs, npcs appear frozen on my monitor.

After 2-5 minutes, everything refreshes and all the info comes at once and i can play normally for about a minute before it happens again.

A friend in game said she had been having same problem and but she had to go before fully explaining it on her end.

Anyone else having this problem?

Any recommendations? (I REALLY dont wanna have to reinstall game if it can be avoided).

    i havnt had exactly the same problem, but something similar. from time to time, i cant seem to stop moving, character runs on the spot, jumps back when i try to run away etc... kind of weird.. also happened after last expansion, but only on 3 occations...

    I have the same issue, but when i see everything stopping to move, so its like a roullete, 60% of all times that this happened(a lot of times) i get Disconnect from server...

    3Seconds after, i can log in again, I need this be fixed, how do i go to dusk getting DC about 10 minutes interval.........

    Gm do something!
