So wait i have a question.
u can only change the icon of the faction if its lvl3 right? or is it for lvl1 and 2 too? O=

    The NPC where you can create a faction (forget his name/title) says its only lvl 3 factions ( I went to check this morning..)

    Yep, lvl 3 factions only. Odds are if you aren't a lvl 3 faction, you aren't important enough to have one anyway :)
