Player Owned Houses

I saw on mmosite there was a tab "territory"
at first i thought it was territory war, but it turned out that the other versions have this feature of creating and customizing your own land
THAT IS SOO AWESOME!!! ive always thought that the only thing missing in this game was player owned territory

so some questions:
when will it come out?
is it free?
can we actually modify the landscape, or is it just adding trees and stuff?

This is a feature from a different version of the game. I have not heard of any plans for housing to ever be implemented here.

And if you mean the Housing system, it was a P2P part of a different version. I highly doubt it will ever come here.
