Cant set up and down keys to move

I usually set my up and down arrow keys to move forward and backward but ever since I updated the game today everytime I try to set them I get a message saying This key has been preserved by the game. Please try another. I have been using this since I started PW and I have a laptop so I dont have nuber arrows like a regular keyboard. Why is this happeneing???

    Honestly I don't remember ever being able to use the arrow keys to move except for flying and swimming (ascending and descending). The keys to move should be W, A, S, and D.

    Because the keys to move foward, back, etc are set in-game to the W,A,S, and D keys.

    Those cannot be changed.

    I posted about the same thing the other day.
    When the new expansion was release custom controls were really custom not halfassed custom except the game didn't remember them after logout.So you had to set them again everytime you login, but after last update up and down arrows are no longer available which totally ***** me off too.
    They fixed the resseting but why bother when i can't use what i want to move.
