What Is The Worst Pet?

Well, there's always threads debating on the "best" non-legendary pet. But how about we discuss the worse pet?
[For no other reason than boredom.]

What pet would you never use? Which pet is probably the worst pet in the game?

Post your opinions!

While we're on the topic, I don't even get why the developers decided to put so many pets in the game. Sure, having the option is great, but some pets are rarely [if ever] used, neglected, and forgotten. Everyone is after the best, rather than something they actually like. Before, it was the Magmites, but now that the Walkers are out, everyone[non-herc owners] ditched it. Maybe they should've have made species exclusive skills, which may promote more diversity. Oh well.

Worst for me are (forgot names) kitties pets(except rare), cactopodes, pinguines, most of bees(except petite safly), ants, and this centipodes(?).

Pinguines could be mag tank, but they aren't live in Lost City area so I rather don't will use it.

Cactopods have nice attack but 0.5/s isn't so great and look rly ugly.

Higher lvl bees are weaker than petite so I never will try to use it.

Ants near fb 19 human for example, aren't bad in tanking, but better are magmites which are in same area.

Cendipodes have nice attack but very weak in amount of HP and armour.

    My 2 cents. b:victory

Rising Tide made two new winners (loser?) in that category. The Gnome Tombthief. It has the least useful growth stats of any pet out there, below average skills for it's level, and too low level to even be fast. And the Iceprison Wraith, again worthless. The super spreadsheet of omniscience lists them all. The runner up goes to foxwings and Florafang Guard/Maneater.

Yea, it's a shame, because I really liked my Iceprison Wraith. But playing around with it a while, I knew that it wouldn't be a sufficient pet for my Veno.

Actually, cactopods share the same slow attack rate of the eldergoth marskman because they're also ranged. They're not going to replace my favorite rock-throwing gorilla for tanking(lower hp), but they are nice to have for lower lv veno if you got the space. Especially for fox form, those archer/caster mobs aren't going to move. b:pleased

Since my pet bag as alway been kinda small, I'm trying to keep to the basic, so I didn't experiment much. The only time I did, I rapidly regretted having hatched that florafang guard, she couldn't keep agro. Then again, my main reason to try her was to see how shriek worked, hard to time right. b:surrender

That's a tough one. But I would say one of those snakes. The some Tideborn pets (I used) really fit my build style so ya, snakes.

Foxwings come in worst? Huh. I really liked them.
And I quite like the lycaen hunters too - nice and fast killers with greatly overpowered skills for their level.

I'd say.... the centipede? That's pretty bad.

their attack is beyond pathetic, and makes it a pain to hold aggro, even with multiple skills/slowing my damage :(.

cactopods are great if you use them correctly. and if you dont want to spend a lot of time leveling an eldergoth, or hate the way they look and move, the 89 cactopods are great rangers as long as you disable their skills. (skills are still melee range)
my cactopod is invaluable in frost runs, mostly for the wack-a-mole heads (can take them out faster than an archer) and to a lesser extent the harpies. they also make great lures, as they can attack from father away.

after taming a Imprison Wraith mob from the new area and after looking at its little pie chart.. i would have to believe that this pet is up there in the worst of the worst.
