Call me poor as hell but I can't really find a reason to even spend 500k~ refining this thing to +2-3, with the extremely slight gains. I still suppose it's a good idea since some people spend 5 million for 30 extra HP, but talk about marginal upgrade....

    All or Most of the refines are kind of a rip off, but the cumulitive effect of them is what counts.

    Hell, refining armors for the +hp bonus really isn't much, but do that to all of you're gear, and you can get an extra 500~ HP for just a full set of +3-4 gear

    personally, I don't + anything beyond +2 until lvl 80 gear, and nothing past +3 until lvl 90, but I'm cheap also. lol

    don't bother refine this one..only last one that u get at lvl 95 after u finish oht culti..that belt is really awesome end game like

    yeah, guard of thundershock/paradise sachet = refine once you get 95 :o
