problems with instal

after i downloaded PWI client and tried to instal it it shows: Failed to open package file PWI1216finalclient. what is wrong???b:sad

    d/l game via torrent =) if u dunno wat torrent is http://www.utorrent.com/ very simple =)
    also clean cookies on comp before installing ^^
