Which FC Sign weapon should i get?

Im about 80 on Raging Tide (Barbarian) and manged to lay my hands on an FC sign.

So i was wondering whether i should get Pangu's axe http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/16072

or the Absolute Dominator http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/16074

They look pretty even but the dominator will do more dmg for me.

How effective is the chi shield on Pan Gu's and the proc rate?

    Honestly, if you are a Tanker, go with Pan Gu's Giant Axe.

    Shield of Chi is immensely helpful, and freaking crazy.

    The damage rate is pretty much the same. The axe has faster attack rate, but larger dmg range, while the hammers are slow, but more stable and even dmg. The dominators are preferable if you grind by yourself a lot, but the axe looks better and has a good effect. Adds more hp too.

    Pan Gu's Giant Axe... hands down!

    Even if you're not a tank barb... the shield of chi and the extra hp is good, regardless of your job. Also, make sure you refine it. The refine is crazy on that thing. When mine was +5, it was doing more damage than TT90 gold axes that were +6.

    As for the question about how often the shield of chi kicks in... well... I dunno if I'm just lucky, but when I'm fighting, I usually spend prolly about 30-50% of the fight with shield of chi. It seems like every time I look, I have shield of chi activated.
