repairing euipment

how do u repair euipment my soulsphere is on the brink of getting destroyed so how do i repair it?

    Go to a Merchant, Blacksmith, Tailor, or Craftsman and choose Goods. Then hit Repair All to repair all equipped gear, or Repair to repair individual pieces of gear.

    what is the item that you need to repair your item iam stuck on that because i keep buying new gear all the time because i don't know the item name please help me thanks

    You don't choose the Repair option from the NPC's menu. That's only for repairing "Shattered" gear. You choose the Goods option, then click the Repair or Repair All buttons at the bottom of the shop window.
