Coming-of-age: willpower quest messed up?

Anyone else have a messed up Coming-of-age: willpower quest? I accept my quest from the elder go to the center of raging tide (stay there like you should) and after the first timer for the mysterious weapon gets to 0:00:00 it doesn't move to the next subquest for the rare mount. Anyone else have a fix or having this problem as well?

I had to relog for that quest to work.

You get a rare mount for this quest? I never got one. But I did see someone shouting the other day about their timer messing up so maybe it's glitched for some? Mine worked fine.

There is no rare mount , the quest just lists some random things like a rare weapon or somthing you would rly want. in order to make you fail the quest. nothing went wrong on it for me it was just over when i said talk to the elder then turned it in, but Asterelle is probably right , to just relog.and trash and do it agian if you can.

Trash, take new quest, stay in array, when timer gets stuck at 0:00 relog. : )

i cant figure out where to stand it tells me to stand in the center of the city of rising tide. but then sends me to the island above it

I really thank you for the relogging advice. I did the same thing (standing in the middle for nothing) for a bunch of times. I relogged when the time ended and a new timer came and it worked. Thank you very much ^^b:laugh

stand in the centre near the teleporter, but don't GO to the teleporter and do NOT get a quest from him. This is not a real quest either... it just teles you up for free to save you time when you need it at any other moment.

Stand in the middle, near the teleporter, you should get a pop - up, if not, try moving around slowely in the middle till you hit the spot.

I never saw any timer. I stood on the start by the tele for 15 mins then ran back to the elder who said i completed it. No timer for me at all. b:victory

The timers are in your quest log. Like the Crazy Stone, Justice Order, or Roll Call quests.

b:cry I tried everything you guys said and none of them are working. I'm doing the quest on my alt, do you have to be lvl 51 in order for it to work? I tried the relog, and it nothing changed, then I reloged again and it told me quest could not be redone at this time. Is it just me or is this quest seriously buggered?b:sad

A few ways to solve that...
- Stand in the array, go afk for a long time and come back. But keep your quest log open.
- Re-log... Yes, more than once, over and over and over and over and over again.
- You don't need level 51 (just a note)
- Move around a bit, but not out of the array.
- Trash and re-take
- Make sure your ping is not off the charts, when your network connection is breaking, nothing continued, since Telus is my ISP I know what that looks like all too well...
- Purposely fail and re-start

If none works, ticket. It works absolutely fine on every single one of my chars that had been through this, so it's not bugged, relax

This quest is named "Willpower".
You should have understood that the only thing you have to do is to resist the temptation that this Duke Blacke offers you.
In order to complete the quest you have to go where the Elder sent you and stay there untill all the offers from Duke Blacke are gone. Proceed reporting to Elder. Quest complete.
