Caotica - Harshlands

I'm looking for a guild in Harshlands, that follows the next "parameters". I would take into account any invitation:

I need:

-> First of all, with active members.
-> Second, friendly persons, who enjoy playing with others, not just grinding and getting exp/items, and then bye bye.
-> Helping newcomers with instances (i dunno how this is called in this game) when possible, or with any other issue.
-> Speak English, Espanish, German, although i prefer english.
-> I also want to do instances, raids, etc..

-> Experience: i have been playing other MMORPGs, such as WoW, lineage, ultima online.... I know about this games, so don't call me noob if i dont know what a abreviation means.
-> A good and loyal friend and game partner.
-> I like all types of games: pvp, pve, tw, etc.
-> I like to help other ppl if they need help.
-> what else?
