Does anyone know what Video Cards compatible with this model - Sony VGC-VA11G.

I would like to change my video card. I lean towards Nvidia cards but I don't know if my motherboard compatible with Nvidia or other ATI cards, such as ATI Radeon HD 5870.

I find out more about my PC , I have ATI RC410M motherbord. But I cant seem to find out what video cards compatible with my motherboard.

I currently have ATI Mobility Radeon X 700 videocard, and it is a NIGHTMARE I spent tens of hours trying to update my drives , it is just doesnt work ( On top of all my current video card isn't supported by the manufacturer anymore...). So I installed omega drivers, every ime I go to arch or turn on high settings I see horrid graphical glitches , red ERRORS instead of players and then shortly I crash. b:cry

This is cry for help, please help me. I love this game to death but I can't play with graphical errors and constant crashes. b:cry

however me am aware that ATI Mobility series typically end up in the mobile version of computers that humans use.

and laptops be notorious for difficulty in replacing parts such as video cards. and most leave you with little if not no possibility for upgrades.

hehe newb ur motherboard supports PCIx16 slot which means u can get any graph card u want unless its a 2.0 connection only which is rare, but u need to know how much is ur power supply because all the good cards require above 500watts so look it up on ur power supply and then buy.
but to be honest if u want a gaming pc then what u bought is a piece of junk and u need to build from scratch we will be cheaper then a 2.2k price tag i saw on urs(unless u want a really really good one).

doesnt really matter what motherboard u have(in most cases) as long as u get the connection right.
and yes in my experience nvidia is the best but it would help to know whats ur price range otherwise nvidia 8800 or one of the new 9k ones would be niceb:victory

well ur pc wasnt build for games so if u want a gaming pc then just buy a new power sup with new graphics cause ur processor and ur memory are fine, or return ur pc if u can and buy a new one
or just save some money and buy one of the top ones here
