Know what this pigment color is?

Ugh, im still newbing the forums but, i appreciate everyones help. Anyways, i'm looking for my tribal jacket pigment color. I look at i beleive all the blue colors in the auctioneer and kitty shops but, couldn't find that exact color. idk if nobody has it or, its a rare color (highly doubt). If you know the name of the pigment, please let me know.
