2 Question-Supply Stash and Makeover Scroll

1.If I had in my inventory Supply Stash(I know what it is and the awards ewch 5 levels), My item can't drop on death?
I know that their is a special scroll for that, but is it also its feature?
2.If I had Makeover Scroll, I know I can "Makeover" my character.Is it multiple-occurrence(Can I use it unlimited time an I'll still had it)?
I'm lvl 28 please help me.

    If the item itself says that it is 'Bound' or 'Cannot drop upon death' or something similar, then no, it cannot drop. That special scroll thing you're thinking of that protects you from the chance of losing any items and exp is ... Guardian Scroll (?). I'm not on at the time, but I don't think Supply Stash will ever drop from your inventory.

    Also, the Makeover Scroll is a one-time use item.
