gm account help issue

my gf can't exactly get to her account because she forgot the second part of the name and had removed pwi from her computer... she now is having trouble getting help... i've done what i can and she can't contact a gm through chat... her internet is **** up so she can't submit a ticket... and somehow she's gotten a number but now they hang up!! she's being left to dry!!! can someone help?!! there is like 1.5 mil on that account in gifts i'd given

    You will most likely need to log a ticket, well she will need too.

    Can she not log one on your computer?

    her account second name can be public as long as she has her password to herself... that would not cause her account to not be secure

    She can login to the website and send in a ticket and Customer Support should be able to help her.

    She will need to get her Internet issues fixed.

    b:angry why do i get the feeling that this whole issue is being overlooked and that i am being cheated out of helping my girlfriend?!!! the character is oStarDusto and her username begins with Lacie!!! that's all we know!!! and the email needed for help is lost!!! eatwithspoons if you read the whole thing you'd know she can't even submit a ticket!!!

    If you read my post above, you would know that your account security is our main concern. We will not discuss account issues publically over the forum, and we our players to send a ticket to confirm that the player asking for help is the true owner of the account.

    This is done to ensure that you account remains as secure as possible and to prevent unauthorized access.

    To send a ticket in another way, you can have her send us an e-mail from her e-mail account. She would want to send it to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

    Well... the thing is, if her internet doesnt work, there really is no point. Theoretically, you can be a hacker yourself. She needs to submit a ticket to verify that she indeed lost her account information and she is the rightful owner of the account.

    have her send an email to CS, if she can't acess the ticketing things I can provide the email she'd need to send a request to.

    edit: spoons did already and I didn't see it..

    now we are getting somewhere.... that is much more helpful.... i will send her the email address... she is in a chat with someone right now.... thank you... sorry for getting angry but even being of a peaceful religion i still have a short fuse.... thank you....
