I play daily usually every weekday (After school I have absolutely nothing to do, on weekends im out with friends)

and I was wondering how fast a wizard would take to get to 90-ish?

This isn't my first character and I know how to do all my quests up to lvl 80(ish) so I know how to play the game.

I'm also LA(dunno if that makes too much of a diff but it may? b:shocked)

So how long did it take you guys to get to 90-ish?

Will take at least 4 months if you like to chat, walk around with your char, QQ about being overpowered, searching on forums for wizards guidesb:laugh even though they r stickied, ask over nd over again if you will go sage or demon at lvl4x,6x nd 8x, get bored of playing wiz or lvling nd take breaks, watch Transcend videosb:chuckle, get banned for pking at sp or talking too much ****, etc But you will eventually get there so thats what mattersb:cute

For me everyday playing at least 2h it took 9 months.

well I started my wizard in march 2009 and I think I was lvl 90 in September...or August? I have no idea, but something like that.
Now is quite easy, just do your dailies and quests and the added BH will help you a lot.
Being LA will be easy to find a zhen squad so you should be in the 80s in no time.
At 80-85 will take you about a week or so if u RB like mad, you can even save some SP for later on.
85-90 are a bish. I swear 90-95 were way quicker than 85-90, cause of increase in BH/WQ/Cube rewards. But yeah, now as LA u can do some FC runs and get some decent XP out of them, especially if u run them on eso. FC+dailies+cube will get u from 85 to 90 in probably 1 month without putting too much effort into it.
From 90 everything changes...that's when u start to really enjoy the power of a wizard.

I've been playing for just over a year.. though I was the slowest leveler of all time pre 90.

1-60 shouldn't take you more than 2 months..
60-70 maybe should be done in 1-2 weeks.
70-80 can be done in 2-3 weeks.
80-86 can be done in about 2 weeks. (GV)
86-89 maybe another 2-3 weeks.
90+ about a week and a day or two per level. (with GV)

Now of course it never really works out that way.. but if you are really looking to level this is easily possible. You can level at LEAST once a day until around 60. After that most people generally shoot for a certain % per day. So at my level I'm going for about 10% exp per day. I did watch a veno go from 1-59 in their first week, by the end of their second week they were 72. This person did have wayyy too much time on their hands and a herc + nix.. but ya. After 72.. they basically quit for several months lol.

Over a year now, playing since Closed Beta. Honestly it depends on how much time you have on your hands daily, and how lvl-driven you are. If you would rather level then waste time in HH farming gear, and would perfer coins on Oracles, will help you level faster.

I'm probably the slowest lvler in game, but I don't have much time to play now a days, and I do take 3-4 months off at a time, so yeah.

If you have a high tolerance for mindless grinding, GV, and other PvE, non-PvP ****.. you'll get there in no time at all. But seriously, 90 isn't that much of a deal.. once you achieve 90 you'll be QQing over not being a 100 where mages are truly end game nukers.

mmmm i think i take the cake for slowest leveler, been playing since october of 08, and am only lvl 75 b:victory but i have taken a lot of breaks b:surrender cant resist online shooters

This is pretty accurate for mages from my experience with Kannon.

Just two notes: GV = rebirth instance that takes 3 hours for the lv 70-85 one, and 3.5ish hours for the 90+ one; 86-89 can be done fairly quick if you're willing to burn a weekend inside of Frostcovered City.

I started in the beginning of october 2008.

I got to level 89 in April 2009

It took me about 9 months to get to level 90.

But as you can see I've only gained about 8 levels since April 2009 lol.

i maked alot dailies with my another 5 alt (archer was main and wizz a alt,now i started play with wizz since 3month) and now all allt around lv80, wizz is aready holy and few day and my archer get the 2nd fairy since 2008 nov with few pause and i was in totally on 2month holiday and i dont nolifeing.

but the true with my alt few time i resolved easier my boss and i already played in pw my only i moved to pw ms in 2008 and started again from 0

though i'm afk for most of the time due to school reasons (though i'll find something else that destacts me) and i once took a one month break.
