Confirmation E-mail (about charging zen)

why i can't received the confirmation email? i received an email from PW about the ticket suspended and tell that the confirmation email or verification email has been sent in my email address registered in paypal but there's none.

what email address is more convenient to used? i used a local email add..

should i change it to what email address?

    If you are not receiving our emails, it is likely that they are either arriving in your spam folder or worse, your email provider blocks our emails before they reach you. We advise adding the email address no-reply@pwrd.com to your list of contacts or safe senders (depending on the email provider) and try to make a purchase again. That should allow the emails to reach you.

    Should this not be the solution and you still do not receive the verification form, we then would like you to use an alternate email address preferably from a free email such as Hotmail or Gmail specifically because we know that these emails arrive to those domains. Sometimes using the new email address is the fastest way to resolve the issue.

    If you still require assistance after that, please email the billing department and one of us here will be more than happy to help resolve this issue.

    thanks for quick answering...i appreciated it..=)

    well i did add that email on my contact list but still i didn't received it...
    maybe I'll change my email address..<<< my last resort

    and i didn't post any personal identification/information it's only an example..
