My Gloves disapeared while Mailing them D:

I was going to e-mail my "Classic banquet gloves" to my alt, everything ok till here;
I Filled in the person who i was gonna send to, the subject and inserted the gloves, then i press "Send" and it says "Action unavailable" and the gloves disapeared, checked my mailbox, banker, inventory, nothing, help anyone? =(

    me assuming that you forgot to fill out a message, which be the cause of the Action unavailable. (either that or your safety lock was on)

    Yep safety lock was on but it isn't in my inventory b:cry

    I also mailed a dress AND shoes from one character to another and i typed a msg and the item was in th email and safety lock was not on and my other character never got the shoes but she received the dress mail but there was no DRESS!!! and the shoes have yet to arrive and when I read the dress mail it still says I have unread mail when i read all my mail....can a gm please help I spent 8 bucks on the dress and shoes in gold and I want something back my gold replaced or the dress and shoes...


    ps yes i heave check my inventory/mail/bank/ on both characters and nothing.....

    I submitted a ticket thanks but do you know if we will get reimbursed for the money we spent or the product back? I just want the dress and shoes back :(

    Log out and log back in.

    Try running Verify.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    try running verify? whats that? Oh and now I sold the love crossed shirt for 350,000 and the auction latter in the mail had no money *cries* my mail can't hold items....they just disappear...
