Auction price error

I'm having trouble selling some things in the auction house.

The other day I went to sell a stack of meat for 100k and the buy now as 90k and it would always say 'auction price error' However, is I set it to 10k and 90k it works fine, but it doesn't work if I set it at 99,999 and 90k.

I'm confused as to what causes this reaction....

    Are you trying to set the 'buy now' at a lower amount than the starting bid? It as to be the other way around.
