Tideborn Face color

I know people have been posting it before, but since it hasnt been resolved and its been weeks since my ticket was submitted without an answer, im asking again.

What's up with the tideborn face color not changing with the body? Will there be a way to fix it later (ie: makeover scroll) or will they just automatically make the colors the same?

    Tideborn is all one color we just cant see it, so if they fix it you will see one color. My boyfriend sent me ss of us and i am 1 color on my computer I'm 2.

    It's a known bug and pwi knows. It'll be fixed, hopefully, in future patches.

    It's mentioned toward the bottom of this patch note page.

    But it is actually a glitch that I cannot get over.
    I updated my graphic cards driver, directX, went even to try everything that can change a simple thing, nothing happened.
    And I really cannot buy an other computer only for PW... like who will do that?..
    my computer runs everygames I play, why a free game couldnt play correclty?

    Just because of my graphic cards? Cannot change only this part.. I have a laptop.
    And that glitch happened to my bf having a GForce into a normal computer.
    Just that the glitch takes effect when he's far from characters..

    Anyways, that's kinda anoying, one of the most attracking point of this game, is that you can actually completely change the way your char is, without it... the MMORPG looks like alot of other MMORPG...

    even if there's others points that makes the game attractive, but for me (and probably a lot of girl (maybe also boy!)) customisation was a real PLUS.

    This was one of the reason I started to play this game.
    I dont mind the glitch to much, but I agree its very annoying.
