Random crashes

Westie - Heavens Tear

Not sure if this is the right place to post, I did a bit of searching but couldn't find another post about this issue.

In the past 2 weeks in TW the game has crashed on me a number of times to the report bugs screen. This has never happened to me before during TW like this and I have no idea whats causing it, there's nothing specific that I'm doing at the time - it seems totally random. Some people have said that using the tab key to target causes this, which I do use but I don't spam it. Also I have set up individual hotkeys for different things, and I find when the game crashes that these all reset. Anyone had this issue? Is there a fix for it?

I tried to submit a ticket for this but for some reason that wasn't working for me either.
