Alright so I'm doing a research project and the rough draft is due tomorrow. The topic here is videogame violence and I'm defending. I need sources here but I'm having no luck in finding them using my Googling skills.

Can any of you find me a website article from a .org or edu OR gov(American) website that specifically states how violence in youth today has decreased over the past 30 years or so? I remember reading it several times before but I'm having no luck finding an Online archive on the stuff.

    That's good information but it's useless to me because it can't be from a (.com) source. >.< **** my teacher's expectations haha

    Thanks that was the same article I was looking for. I made notecards with information and I forgot to include the author's name in a couple of them. But that solves the mystery.

    Have you folks ever heard of Google Scholar?

    It searches mainly articles and books, and is a great resource for references.

    If you use it from a college campus, you get full access to the content of the articles too. If you know what JStor is this is usually the case, colleges get free access. I used it for every research paper I did in college, I could find the books in the library and the full articles were invaluable.

    As an Alumni from my University, I still have access to ALL databases. Including Ebsco, LexisNexus, JSTOR....you name it I have access.

    Its wonderful b:cute

    To those who are unsure, check your library (online or in the building) and their are many who can help you with whatyou need to find. Just using Google for research is b:surrender
