Glitches and lagging

Not sure if I am supposed to have two threads for these but 1st one, I sold a Damsels dress over night and then the next morning I checked and had the same dress plus one extra and less 4 million in my account. I tried contacting a GM no answer and have made a ticket and havent heard anything. Its hard to sell these darn dresses as it is; I would like my 4 million back. But looks like i'm going to eat it?

2nd one-Every 2-5min the game freezes, music skips and graphics just kind of glitch... or looks like it's going to crash then it's fine. But I'm dying alot because in the middle of grind, everything freezes and I'm sitting still while being attacked. It's like the game catches up and I'm getting hit over and over. It's just gotten worse and doesnt matter where I am. I can barely play now.
