First of all...why "live chat" option doesnt work ? It always send me to an option of sending an email. Why?? I am waiting for reply on my ticket for 3 days now. Why is this taking so slow? Its not rocket science.

    Live chat is only available during our normal business hours of 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Beyond that, we were operating on reduced staff from Wednesday afternoon until today due to the holidays. Now that we're all back in the office, you should hopefully receive a reply before the end of the day.
