Does this guy exist or will he ever exist? PWDB says that he does exist so he's in the files...

    There are so many guards, agents, etc, hanging around that I didn't pay him much heed except that his name was KwoK Nirvana. I don't remember exactly where I saw him in Archosaur, but I certainly did
