Psy skill suggestions

ive read a few posts with complaints about different aspects of the psy skills the most common being time...and i can see the issue
Vengence lasts 3 minutes: this one ive never had a issue with...pvp wise its not epic specially since u can only really use lvl 1 of it a extra 100 dmg (if that) reflected isnt major so if u get ganked and its not up and running its not gonna make or break the battle, pve wise i never use it other then on the tank for bosses
Soul of stunning: heres one i have a issue on...it lasts 30 seconds...ive had times where its run out before the duels even started, i cant see how itll be practicle in field pvp when the timer is so easily run down just with basic duels...had to result to casting it during the count down for a duel to even get it off
Silence/retaliation: not sure their timers my psy is only 38 b:surrender
Suggestion: Retaliation + stun should be 1 time cast buffs that stay on until attacked (in other wards remove their timers) I dont see this breaking or overpowering the class in anyway and would then be more practicle in field pvp since u can have ur buffs up and waiting for u incase ur ganked...since both of these buffs wear off after the first attack it seems a good fit
Voodoos: increase the time limit to 3 minutes similar to vengence...having to recast every 60 seconds (about 3-5 mobs) starts to seriously eat mp...ive partied with quiet a few classes and i promise psy's are always the first to drain their mp pool...recasting this non stop doesnt help matter b:cry
Bubble of Life: ok our heal spell its a pretty nice Over time heal...issue is its not practicle at all, i mean its a party aoe heal thats not useful at all unless everyone is standing right on top of u...the Barb/BM party buffs have wider range...2 suggestions that might help either increase its range or instead of casting around the psy have the heal cast around the targeted player (so if there is a BM/Barb/Sin in close on a boss that does short range aoe dmg u can use Bubble on the barb from afar which will also heal the sin/BM without having to run up to the boss to cast...
Any other suggestions on skills i havent mentioned feel free to post and/or opinions

The way I see psychic are powerful class but very mp charm dependant, most buffs are powerful but cost high mp and last really short time. IMO the class was designed to be a mp charm sucker so the player can be powerful at expenses of charm and the server gets money (something like a rent), my suggestion is to stock up mp food, as many as you can while we still have tokens from anni packs. IMO mp food outmatches any mp charm is waaaaay cheaper.0
