Tideborn skin face issue

So it changes the skin color of their body but not their face, they have said it just goes crazy on some graphic cards mine is Ati radeon X1200, I've already updated the motherboard of the card but in here http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx which one is a higher ver for X1200 since it doesn't shows there.
