DIRE need of help plz

howdy. i was trying to change a short cut key earlier 2day and when i did my side bar (one of the bars you use your magical attacks) wouldnt stop switching.

i fixed that easily with the fun default button (easy as cake)

but now when i messed with the key's it has me doing auto flips
(auto flips as in when you walk and you hit X to do a flip or what ever you wish to call it) so when i walk (or jump) im always doing flips with out touching the X button and YES i have tried defaulting it and resetting it 2 another key that isnt being used, also tried going back to X and redoing it as X. but nothing seems 2 work. so i walk annoyingly as a flipper threw out every where i go. if i fly nothing is wrong tho.

also i have tried the log out and log back in thing, didnt work either. i got on another character and it didnt happen to that character.

so what is the problem here?
why is it doing this?
how do i fix it?
is it a bug?
