ReportBugs window, Startup Client

Okay. Ever since I started playing PWI I've gotten the following errors when playing. My graphics settings can be set to any quality. It can be set to high, medium, or low (or even in performance mode) and I still get this error. When installing I verified the files multiple times and it didn't say they were corrupt. I recently remembered to take some screen shots of the ReportBug window and what it says.

It can happen in ANY area so it's not just in a specific town or place. It's everywhere.

I can just be flying from one town to another with all my graphics on low and the game will close out without warning and bring up the ReportBugs Window.

I should also mention that I can have nothing running except the necessary processes on my computer and PWI and still get this error.

That's not the end of my problems. My client is also not in english and I've tried installing a simplified chinese language pack but I don't think it is chinese and I can't read the buttons.

I don't think the client buttons are supposed to be like that. The settings and everything else you can adjust with the start-up client are in that same text/language. I've been dealing with these problems for awhile but I never remembered to take screen shots until now. Please help me out. ~_~;

I really don't want to redownload the entire thing because that took five hours.

Oh yeah... I should mention that I'm running Windows XP Home Edition (because Vista sucks and I don't know where our Professional disk is) and I've never had problems with any other MMORPG before so I doubt it's because I have Windows XP Home.
