Not cool **GM HELP PLEASE **

so i got the game yesterday. put hours on it (lovin it btw)

and i get accused of botting!

Some GM messaged me in the middle of grinding, and asked me to reply, if i didnt , i was banned..

i replied then & there.. 3 times!!!

and he never got the reply.. i saw his message i hit enter clicked his GM name, and replied "YEAH.. whats up.. "
he didnt say anything but REPLY OR YOUR BANNED..

I panicked and logged off to only come back 20 min later, Banned!!
this really blows..

may 1 of GMs help me fix this mis understanding ?
