    Moderators are volunteers, we receive no compensation or reward for our work. We also don't have power outside the forums, so it's not really something a lot of people want to do.
    To become one, you have to be active, helpful, friendly, and so on, on the forums. If you are, and one of the current mods/GM's spots you as a potential mod, we'll review your posts and see if you match our standards. If yes, you may become one, it's still not certain. We're not always actively looking for mods either, because there's no real need to have too many of them.
