Any1 know the working hrs of Live support chat ? everytime i chk 4 chat i am redirected to ticket

if any1 know working hrs of live chat pls post here pls

    Around 10AM-6PM PST on working days. Because of the holidays, it won't work until Monday.

    thank u , btw will they chk ticket atm ? or ticketing also off till monday ?

    They will check tickets, but very slowly compared to their usual speed, obviously. I'm also not sure if Tech Support has anyone in, so those tickets may go unanswered.
