Skin Colors madness

I used to have no problems with creating chars. At some point though i don't know why out of the blue when i create a character and try to edin the skin color only the face color changes. Now with the new tideborn race it's exactly the opposite - face doesn't, body color changes?
What could be wrong i've veriefied my game i haven't touched anything except moving some ini files to try an appearance i made on an elf char with a veno (and that was before i started to have this problem i think) b:surrender

edit: i also have a problem with playing the game fullscreen, if i minimize it once i have to restart because when i click anywhere after that it bugs and minimizes by itself
