Invalid coupon

hi pwe sent me an email of a coupon for 15%, but i tried to use it and it says invalid. the coupon expires 1/16/2010.

    Check your typing, it might have been wrong. (You might have selected a space with the copy which would have thrown that off) Go directly with a copy/paste, if that doesn't work, check to see if you have bought anything recently. If you still have a problem, beg a gm for another. XD

    Make sure you are using the correct account as they are linked generally.

    Do note that the account that is registered to the email address that you received the coupon on will be the only account that can use the coupon. It is possible that you are trying to use a coupon that was awarded to a different account than the one you are attempting to redeem it on. If you continue to have issues with this or need your code, or a new code for a failed purchase, send the billing department an email and we will handle this for you.
