    It's a skill just like any other that you would get at the Archer skill trainer. b:victory

    Go talk to the Archer Skill Trainer and choose the option to learn skills which would give you a list of skills that you can learn at your level. If you do not have the necessary lvl requirements, the skill will not appear on the list.

    Alright, seeing as I'm not at my computer with PWI, I can't check. What level must I be to get the skill?

    Level 9 is for level 1.
    Level 14 is for level 2.
    Level 19 is for level 3.
