Sooo someone please explaine to me... how come when it comes to getting ****.... and PWI knows who did it, because they can trace the IP of the person who logged into my account and they could definetly atleast retrieve cash shop items that were stolen from me (Iridiscence etc...)....
instead, even after having a GM tell me personally in an online live chat discussion that it was possible for them to do and to tell me atleast who **** me and have them banned, they send me an e-mail 10 days later telling me there's nothing to do about my stuff....
now i honestly dont care, cause apparently you are too lazy to look at the connections on my account between 12am EST and 3 am EST on the night of the 17th to tell me who **** me, (after telling me you could) but since PW GMs and I, and whoever else, all know that you can look up the IP adress of the person who **** me easly...
Why would you not do it?
Or atleast tell me who the heck **** me since, its in your interest... (1 player more > 1 player less)
