Does anyone have this skill or has a friend with it?

I'd like to know how exactly it works. I'm guessing it casts freeze+seal+invoke on the target. If so, can a cleric simply purify the freeze+seal, and can a veno purge the 90% damage reduction buff?

If it can simply be purified I may as well go for Elven Boon instead.
