Installing issues with data1.pck and data4.pck

EDIT:
I have successfully installed PWI. I used Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) to download the file provided from the link below. Then I used 7-Zip to unzip the files. No problems after that.
After no luck with the corrupted files, I decided to completely uninstall the game. Earlier today, I finally decided to reinstall. No problems, right? Wrong.
I directly downloaded the client from the PWI website (I DO NOT like using torrents.), and I got 7% of the way through when something about DMZ being enabled would most like corrupt my files.
Odd... I had never had this problem before. Whatever we had checked with our router was the same when I first installed the game as I was doing now.
I cancel, and lo and behold, data1.pck is corrupt. Reinstall the game, get 7% with the same problem.
Fine. I found this link on the PWI forums. I downloaded the official client from the official website.
An hour and a half later, I unzip to discover that data1.pck and data4.pck are still faulty! I unzipped with 7-Zip, but I encountered the same problem.
Needless to say, this is extremely frustrating.
