screen goin black and flickering

this only happens around one location and doesn't happen in arch so i know its not lag. when ever i get close to dragon fang village or even look in its direction i get a fickering black image.it doesnt matter if i cut the grapics or not. and as i said before i know its not lag. Please can a gm check this out or some bodie tell me what is going on

    U have same issue as i do. The patch was corrupted n sum images didnt download or install in the new town. Specially on start town.

    If ya still have issue. When yar screen start blinkin. Use right click n try to move the camera away. Its usually the middle building at starter town. Focus on the ground or the other side. This should help. It only happpens in 2-3 places.
