Flawless Shards and Socket Stones

I have several citrine, garnet and sapphire shards that are flawless as well as about forty socket stones. While I know not to use them at a low level but more closer to end game; should I hold on to them or would I be better off freeing up storage space by selling them? If not, around what level would a cleric get the most use out of them? How many stones can I wear max?

Keep them they always come in handy, and plus you never know what devs will do next, the price of it may drop or go up, so better to keep...

Up to 26 stones total.

2 for weapon
4 for chest piece
4 for pants
4 for boots
4 for armguards
4 for headgear
4 for cape

unfortunately socketing is extremly expensive later..

and that 40 stones wont mean much

80ish is a good level to start socketing, and you can have up to 4 stones in 1 piece of armor making it 24 in total, 26 if you count weapon.

It should be noted, however, that at around level 80, you'll need literally thousands of socket stones to actually slot all your equipment. The amount of stones required shoots up immensely around that level and can be extremely expensive without even considering the cost of the shards to slot in them.

80lvl is kinda good lvl to stop socketing
u need 1000 stones at lvl 90 to make single piece of gear 3->4

its like 15-20m to get 1 socket more b:surrender


and u have more important things to get then, like 11 skills f.e.

How many talking about shards here do you need to make up flawless or immaculate?What would be the price if anyone would know off by chance?

I need to shard my 70 armour up it would be nice if I could salvage my old shards.

keep the garnets for your 90 armor, nothing is stupider than a 5k+ hp cleric with only ~2k def w/ buff / accesories. thats asking to become road kill
